Colombia Supremo refers to the largest size of beans from Colombia. Supremo is a screen size of 17 or 18 and is slightly larger than the Excelso distinction.Supremo and Excelso beans may be harvested from the same tree at the same time and later sorted by size.

Immediately after roasting, our coffee is packaged into 5 lb bulk nitrogen-flushed bags. This process forces nitrogen into the package, replacing the oxygen, that would otherwise quickly age the coffee. The nitrogen preserves the wonderful flavor characteristics of fresh-roasted coffee. also utilizes "vent tape" technology which allows the coffee to de-gas, but prevents exposure to oxygen.
